Dr. elvis moleka

co-founder & ceo

Dr. Moleka is the Co-Founder and CEO of Leka Research Institute, a financial services and economic consulting firm headquartered in Richmond Virginia. Under his leadership and direction, Leka Research Institute works with multiple financial services firms, providing internal auditing, risk advisory services, model validation, model development, technique documentation writing, research, and economic consulting. As a financial consultant, he worked with multiple Wall Street banks and advised more than 25 independent model risk management groups, validating over 45 independent projects. As a Certified Risk Management Professional, Dr. Moleka has leveraged his extensive banking, quantitative analytics, and risk management experience to solve critical challenges for clients. He graduated from the University of Bath with a Ph.D.in Economics, a Master of Science in Business Economics and Finance from London Metropolitan University, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Buea.

NDINGI ELANGWE

Director of Business Development

As the Director of Business Development, Ndingi is responsible for identifying innovation trends and business opportunities – with existing and new clients of Leka Research Institute. With her years of experience in operation and asset management, Ndingi oversees the planning, execution, and maintenance of our Company’s existing portfolio. She successfully led over 26 business consulting engagements – with model risk groups, devising frameworks for validating and auditing both financial and non-financial risk management models. She sees things from multiple perspectives and provides solutions even to the most challenging problems for her clients. She has a Master of Science in International Business from Ulster University and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Buea.
